Core Management Team

The Core Management Team has been established to create and oversee the implementation of the Project Management Plan, and with sufficient authority to make representations and decisions on the Partner Organisation’s or the Collaborating University’s behalf.

Research Advisory Committee

The Research Advisory Committee has been established to offer the Core Management Team informed advice on the strategic and timely development of the research project. This committee consists of executives, senior managers and community representation, as selected by the Core Management Team, ensuring partner organisation, stakeholder and community ownership and accountability of the project.
